These practitioners are not qualified or certified in that they have not completed the requirements for qualification in a specific course or certification in the LTL Program. However, these practitioners are paid MHA Institute Associate Practitioner members, and have taken courses from MHA Institute. They are also licensed to deliver these courses.

Esther Wilcox Hudson, is the president and lead consultant of Capability Connections, a firm specializing in human resource and organization development. Capability Connections helps organizations to "link people's skills to breakthrough business results." Services include assisting in hiring, training, developing, and maintaining a skilled workforce. To provide these services, Esther often develops new performance management and development systems, improves existing training systems, facilitates the redesign of work processes, and delivers training sessions. Management training is a particular specialty. Taking a systems approach to managing change is central to all that she does.

Esther's experience includes freelance broadcasting and 12 years of consulting prior to spending five years heading up corporate training and development at Alberta Power Ltd. (now ATCO Electric). Today, her consulting practice includes partnering with other professionals, allowing Capability Connections to offer a full range of training and development, HR management, heath and safety, and organization development services.

Esther received Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education degrees from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. She holds a Master of Adult Education degree from St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, and is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP). She also has diplomas in Speech Arts from both Trinity College in London and the Royal Conservatory of Toronto.

   Miller Zerr, Heidi (Calgary, AB, Canada)

Miller Zerr Heidi, a facilitator and organizational development consultant, is a founder and managing partner of BDD Artifex Corporation. Her specialty lies in working with organizations to recognize, evaluate and bridge the gaps between operations, strategy development and execution within a framework of organizational development – supporting individuals and organizations to build on their experience and expertise in the fluid business environment in the world today. Her research has centered on factors that achieve quality and sustain change in organizations. Heidi has a BA in Fine Arts, a Diploma in Voluntary and Non-profit Sector Management, and a Master of Continuing Education degree in Leadership and Development.

  Bruce Rutley, PhD PAg

Bruce Rutley, PhD PAg combined his interest in production systems and his passion for organizational development into a unique career path. His formal education culminated with a PhD in Renewable Resources (related to bison energetics and production systems). He worked in the post secondary education system for 15 years in instruction and administration before shifting to community development work. Bruce is an Associate LTL Practitioner, member of the IHHL Institute Team, and currently operates Rutley Ventures Ltd., with his son Ryan in Victoria BC. Bruce is interested in organizational energy, Ryan in change, together they help create vibrant organizationsTM.
