Within the five domains of human potential the Virtues Project helps us directly in our social, emotional, and spiritual endeavors, and enhances our physical and mental well-being. This applies to all aspects of our life including financial, relationships, work, play, learning, etc. Research shows we are happier and more gratified when living with virtues - we thrive and flourish.

Under "About Us" on the home page of www.virtuesproject.com click "virtues" to find 52 virtues with their definitions, and click "strategies" to find the five strategies for using them. Also, check out the "virtue of the week."
