We have developed a variety of facilitator support materials:
 

  • Detailed Agendas:  These are detailed outlines of the content presented in a course, with some content details, timing, and use of PowerPoint presentations.  The detailed agenda is a PDF file.  Only Certified Partners have access to Word files.
  • Lesson Plans:  These are detailed lesson plans of the all the content presented in a course, with full content details, timing, and use of PowerPoint presentations.  Lesson plans also contain presentation variations (e.g., 1-hour presentation, 3-hour presentation, one-day course, two-day course).  The lesson plans are PDF files.  Only Certified Partners have access to Word files.
  • Handouts:  These are all of the handouts you can use when you present a course or presentation.  The handouts are PDF files.  Only Certified Partners have access to Word files.
  • PowerPoint Presentations:  You can use these as they are or modify them to meet your needs.  These are PowerPoint files.
  • Case Examples:  When relevant, we include at least one case example handout and PowerPoint presentation that you can use.  However, we strongly suggest that you create your own case examples from your own experience.  You are welcome to use the format that we have used as a guide.
  • Hagen’s Toons:  Ralph Hagen is our cartoonist, and he has created a number of toons to accompany each course.  These are available as special PowerPoint presentations to Certified Partners only.  Anyone else can purchase these toons directly from Ralph Hagen through his website at www.hagenstoons.com.
