The idea of PayDirt comes from mining for precious ore. When someone hits pay dirt, they strike it rich. According to the Oxford Dictionary, pay dirt means to "find or reach a source of profit or reward". PayDirt is a way for us and our members to share the results, rewards, new knowledge, and learnings from applications of MHA processes and techniques in the real world.
