  Learning Styles and Course Design Project
As a result of our work in understanding and working with learning styles, we have developed a design system based in action learning. We have also developed a process by which people can examine their learning style and their facilitation/practitioner style, in order to determine areas of strength and weakness. This examination leads to choices about personal and professional development, as well as a rich and deep understanding of others.
